To achieve that we use an individualised approach incorporating the principles of Intuitive Eating and Mindfulness alongside Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to achieve health and wholeness of each individual we treat. Rather than looking at eating and nutrition only from a physical perspective, we involve an approach that addresses health in all aspects of a person’s being including body, mind and soul.
